The host messages kept checking in with us to make sure if we had any problems we could report it, which was good and replies to anything were quick Negative: Nothing in particular, it was absolutely fine for what we needed. My only issue, which is personal to me is I didn't like the pillows, but that's not down to the hosts that's personal preference, so I just went and bought some to use. Maybe just make sure there's more toilet roll, but I don't have issues buying some
