Great stay
Positive: It’s been such a comfortable stay in this property it’s in a quiet area and there is street parking available. The house was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Another lovely thing is there was a hair straightener and a hairdryer in the bedroom which is quite rare to see.

I had a great stay in Beeston! The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-organized. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was convenient for public transport and shops. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless on arrival, and the host was consistently responsive and helpful throughout our visit. A minor issue with the Wi‑Fi came up, but the host addressed it quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated.<br/>The location is excellent. It’s just a short three‑minute walk to the bus stop, making it very convenient for getting to the university and city centre. My daughter especially enjoyed being so close to Cross Flatts Park, and we found plenty of shops nearby, including a Morrisons Daily just two minutes away.<br/>Overall, this is a great place for families — comfortable, well‑situated, and supported by a thoughtful host. We would happily stay again.

Overall my stay was a 10/10 I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Positive: I have enjoyed staying here over the weekend, upon arrival it was clean, smelt nice and is in a perfect location for me. You receive all check in/out information over messages and locks for the doors are codes so no messing about with keys. I will definitely book again and hope to make it a monthly visit.
Negative: There’s only a couple of things I disliked, for starters there was a hidden security deposit of £50 that you have to pay before checking in, I wasn’t made aware of this at the time of booking and had to transfer money from my other bank to cover this, you get this refunded a few days after you leave, I didn’t mind paying it, however I would of liked to of been made aware at the time, I can only see it being a problem for others who can’t afford to spare it and will be at a loss without being able to cancel. 
The shower was a small issue, the drainage specifically doesn’t seem to drain fast enough as after several minutes it starts to overflow under the door.
Two others that are more just suggestions, the Hoover could do with a clean itself as I noticed a smell to it whilst in use and could do with a couple of cloths ect to wipe up with instead of just the washing up sponges.

Me,my sister and my nephew had a great time here the are for as long as we where there was peaceful it felt homey amazing place, truly the only tip I would give is that make sure you have internet when or before you arrive because you might have trouble getting in but other than that we had a great time the neighbors were so lovely and helpful when we asked for help a few minutes from lidl and Aldi and a little far from the city center

Me and my family came to the property for some bonding time. And we did just that, we didn’t even leave the property as we had everything we needed. The children really enjoyed it too. The hot tub was amazing, we had bbq’s everyday. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Definitely on the list to return.

We had a fantastic stay and found the property exactly as described - great value for money. It was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for our group of nine, which made it perfect for a family trip.<br/>The kids absolutely loved the games room and the hot tub was a real highlight for everyone. It really added something special to our stay.<br/>As the property is quite new, there are just a few small additions that would make it even better such as a frying pan and some cleaning cloths in the kitchen.<br/>Overall, a very clean and enjoyable place to stay. Everyone had a great time.
