Clean & Tidy house, great price
Positive: Nice & clean, very nice house at a great price.
Negative: Nothing to report, everything was fine.

Andy Smith

booking

Positive: Cleanliness, calmness and comfort.
Negative: Nothing major. Sometimes the shared kitchen and washroom were not maintained properly by the other shared members.

Pon Avinash Manoharan

Positive: Security of the place is my number one, facilties and even quietness
Negative: The £50 security fee. I felt it was too much more so that I only knew of it after having paid for the caccomodation

Busi Olagunju

Positive: The room was beyond my expectations 😁Super cozy and comfortable and the staff when I occasionally bumped into them were very welcoming and friendly would definitely return
Negative: In trying to book extra nights it would be nice to be informed earlier if there is a problem either monetary or availability !?

My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Bambina

we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

High quality accommodation in pristine condition

Zhengyi

Suited my needs, quiet, clean, had privacy, felt safe.

Location feels a bit dodgy but for the price and how close it is to the city, it is a great stay none the less. Clean house with a good kitchen.

Aaron

Positive: Easy to find and park, nice tidy apartment. Good location for a weekend away. Would definately stay here again.

Andy Green

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Jack

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Lovely stay, plenty of space and great location, would definitely stay there again!

We were frustrsted about the inconsiderate responses received from the host regarding their lock problem.

Vivian

Great stay and host. Clean, spacious, good amenities! Host was responsive with any queries too.

Aimee

we stayed here for a rave over the weekend & are were all very happy with the place. it was very easy to check in & out, in a great quiet location but also within walking distance of everything. the house was so nice, clean & comfortable with a lovely view from the balcony. the hosts are great & very responsive when needed. we will 100% stay here again for future events

Ella Marie

Great location, lovely apartment, hair dryers and straighteners in both rooms. Great instructions on how to get in. Lovely comfy beds and living area. Clean, warm and modern. Host very quick to respond with Netflix email and password. Great communication from the host from booking up until check in. Only a few negative points. Balcony door did not shut, we had to prop it closed with a chair. Vape, socks and a cigarette found under the bed that didn’t belong to us. Only one pint glass and a few wine glasses. No other cold drink vessels.

Stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend with my sisters so we could visit our daughters in Manchester. The apartment was easy to find but not easy to get in to! You are given a mobile number to call on arrival but no one answered it, we sent messages through Airbnb to try and get in but received AI responses so that was dissapointing to begin with. Once inside though the apartment was very clean and as described, apart from the lack of kitchenware for an apartment that sleeps 7 (1 pint glass?!) The apartment is in a great location with only a short walk to the city centre, its surprisingly quiet once inside and there's great views of the city from the balcony.

Gemma

Alles in allem mangelhaft!

Lisa

Very poor experience. Communication was unhelpful and did not address our situation, with repeated generic responses, this host clearly used automated chat bot responses. We were left outside the air b n b for 1.5 hours + due to incorrect and confusing check in instructions. They constantly sent unhelpful irrelevant replies, and didn’t answer the phone once despite the first check in step being to call them - had someone not have let us in we literally would’ve had to go and get a hotel. Please do not use this host - save your money. Our refund request was dismissed without proper consideration, leaving us to escalate through Airbnb. Would not recommend this host.

Isaac

Easy check in, good location, would stay here again if coming back to Manchester!

brilliant location and a good amount of space in the flat, has everything you need

Abdullah Asiri
