Clean & Tidy house, great price
Positive: Nice & clean, very nice house at a great price.
Negative: Nothing to report, everything was fine.

Positive: Cleanliness, calmness and comfort.
Negative: Nothing major. Sometimes the shared kitchen and washroom were not maintained properly by the other shared members.

Pon Avinash Manoharan

Positive: Security of the place is my number one, facilties and even quietness
Negative: The £50 security fee. I felt it was too much more so that I only knew of it after having paid for the caccomodation

Busi Olagunju

Positive: The room was beyond my expectations 😁Super cozy and comfortable and the staff when I occasionally bumped into them were very welcoming and friendly would definitely return
Negative: In trying to book extra nights it would be nice to be informed earlier if there is a problem either monetary or availability !?

My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Bambina

we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

High quality accommodation in pristine condition

这个房源挺不错的。周边环境很好，离公交站也很近，步行五分钟有便利店，虽然不在市中心，但也很方便。房间里没有桌子，这对有需要的人来说可能略有不足。总的来说是一个性价比较高的房源。

Zhengyi

Suited my needs, quiet, clean, had privacy, felt safe.

🤩excellent

Location feels a bit dodgy but for the price and how close it is to the city, it is a great stay none the less. Clean house with a good kitchen.

Aaron

Positive: Easy to find and park, nice tidy apartment. Good location for a weekend away. Would definately stay here again.

Andy Green

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Jack

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Room was spacious but not clean And issue with the lock on main door

Nouman

Overall the room was okay, however the hosts didn't respond when we couldn't lock our bedroom door and we had to get help from another guest, the bathroom was consistently dirty and the other guests were inconsiderate if one of us were in the bath.

A quiet venue with good links to the city.

David

although neighbours were noisy time to time, we liked the place.

Omer

Positive: Nice place to stay for few days, bed comfy cheap and cheerful clean and tidy as youbwould want it to be.
Negative: Being next door to kitchen can be abit noisy at times, but mostly was alright

Garry Towsey

The place itself located nearby bus stops to city centre and main areas. Easy to get groceries to cook meals and there are small restaurants. The room is big, but the carpet needs be replaced, it attracted my allergy. The fragrance made it worse! The bathrooms, spare toilet and shower cubicles are neat and nice. Water hot/cold runs great! However, the WIFI is a huge problem! Can’t work using it nor watching Netflix as advertised! The speed was unstable, most of the time between 500 Kbps to 400 Mbps! That was for a week long, so horrible!

The photos don’t really do the place any justice, and I mean that in a bad way. The bedroom we stayed in had a stained carpet, a broken chair, almost no soap, except for an already used soap bar, and no handkerchiefs whatsoever. The shared bahtroom wasn’t that clean (it depends on the other guests as well; somebody left lots of hair in the tub). Considering this is a shared space, I would’ve liked to have more toilet paper and some disposable slippers, which were nowhere to be found. I know this is supposed to be a budget option, but I would give it a definite no! I advise everybody to avoid it.

Ciprian

Newly renovated place with good size rooms and has all the necessary facilities.

Orwell

Rich

Good place! The property is as shown in the photos and communication is fluid and adequate.
