Clean & Tidy house, great price
Positive: Nice & clean, very nice house at a great price.
Negative: Nothing to report, everything was fine.

Andy Smith

booking

Positive: Cleanliness, calmness and comfort.
Negative: Nothing major. Sometimes the shared kitchen and washroom were not maintained properly by the other shared members.

Pon Avinash Manoharan

Positive: Security of the place is my number one, facilties and even quietness
Negative: The £50 security fee. I felt it was too much more so that I only knew of it after having paid for the caccomodation

Busi Olagunju

Positive: The room was beyond my expectations 😁Super cozy and comfortable and the staff when I occasionally bumped into them were very welcoming and friendly would definitely return
Negative: In trying to book extra nights it would be nice to be informed earlier if there is a problem either monetary or availability !?

My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Bambina

we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

High quality accommodation in pristine condition

这个房源挺不错的。周边环境很好，离公交站也很近，步行五分钟有便利店，虽然不在市中心，但也很方便。房间里没有桌子，这对有需要的人来说可能略有不足。总的来说是一个性价比较高的房源。

Zhengyi

Suited my needs, quiet, clean, had privacy, felt safe.

Elangovan

Location feels a bit dodgy but for the price and how close it is to the city, it is a great stay none the less. Clean house with a good kitchen.

Aaron

Positive: Easy to find and park, nice tidy apartment. Good location for a weekend away. Would definately stay here again.

Andy Green

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Jack

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Raunismaa Lumia

Unfair treatment at the property
Positive: Kitchen set up only.
Negative: The room was practically at the last floor. No headroom at some position.
The bathroom facilities are of low quality. Prone to quick damage.
No provision for restock of toiletries and towels. This was not advised on booking site.
No provision for daily room cleaning and this was not advised on the booking site.
The facility manager was not ready to offer support but rather being harsh and uncaring with use of response statements. Imagine a response like, you can please leave the house if you are not ok.

Boniface Francis

We have stayed for six days in that place but there is no extra bed shit there to change and we ended up washing them and the washing dryer seems not working properly.

Although, i struggled to locate the place perhaps becauase l was tired and it was dark outside, but afterwards it was all good.Nice decorations and generally clean place. Will recomend it. Close to food and convinient shops.

Gold

Great place. Easy access, easy parking on side street

Tayab

Positive: I like how clean the place is.
I also like how responsive the staff were.
Negative: Edit: I think it's just because they are new to hosting...

The amount of instructions and messages from them was outrageous. Also I don't see a point in taking a deposit . Booking.com covers any damages.
Every minute, they were sending a message repeating what they already said. Literally I stayed two nights, I received more than 15 emails and SMS from them nothing from them was important.
Also, I don't see the point of taking all my details and a selfie and a photo of the id, again, this is part of Booking.com job not you.

Baz Alden

Nil
Positive: The house was clean and easy to access
Negative: The staircase leading up to my room was very stressful to use especially with luggage. Travelers move with boxes and if it’s hard to go upstairs to your room with a box it defeats the purpose.
Also, When I was booking I didn’t see clear description that I’m staying upstairs and sharing a flat with other flatmates. It was stated as “2 bedroom Cody stay” It should be stated clearly for customers to decide whether to book or not.

I don’t quite understand the refund process and policy for security deposit. I’m yet to receive my refund for my security deposit.
Also, Some flatmates were not charged a security deposit and some charged for it which makes no sense. No explanation as to why such inconsistencies.

Pere-ere Perekpo

I will book this place again
Positive: Location, cleanliness…. It is a quiet.
Negative: No complaints

Mamy Sikitu

Julia

Everything looked like the photos, plenty of space in the room, shared area cleaned daily so no complaints
