My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. left me stood outside for over 2 hours. asking for my ID. i provided driving licence and passport, they still didnt provide the details to enter. 2 degrees outside i was freezing. had to contact air Bnb who issued a full refund and i was left stranded.

The only thing is the sink in the toilet was blocked except this everything is excellent and there is lots of parking space just in front of the house which is soo good.

Negative: There seemed to be alot of anti social activities outside of the property late at night and police presence, but otherwise it was a good place to stay. Abit of damp in the room in the roof from the chimney but otherwise ok.

Positive: Travelled for work and needed a place convenient for the motorway - this place was walking distance to Morley which has most conveniences, ample on street parking and close to M62 and access to M621/M1.
The room was clean and the shared kitchen had everything you would need in a self catering apartment. 
The wifi genuinely is superfast and the smart tv in the room means you don't have to use the communal lounge if you don't wish to.
Negative: Nothing really.  I had the top floor room and the stairs are narrow for bags but there's nothing that could be done about that - just be aware if you have room A its a second flight of steps when deciding how many bags to carry :)

Positive: We had booked an other property who cancelled on us at the time we were meant to check-in leaving us homeless. Booking.com managed to relocate us to this property at the last minute. The owner sent all the information about accessing the room immediately, the wifi password and the rules to follow. They also were very responsive even though it was quite late on a Friday night, which was a really nice change from the unresponsive host we were originally meant to stay with. The house only has two rooms, and we had the house for ourselves the whole weekend. The room and the bathroom were squeaky clean, and the property offered soap, shower gel, coffee, tea and sugar which was a really nice touch. The room was really comfortable, very warm, and the wifi fast. All in all this property saved us that evening and we had a really wonderful stay: far exceeding my expectations. There was also a really friendly convenience store 2min away which came in handy.
Negative: Nothing to complain about, except that it is a little far from the city centre.
