My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. Very helpful and responsive host however the house smelt unpleasant, like damp and weed when we arrived, the area wasn’t great and the house was quite dirty, for example mould on the shower head and all over the grout in the bathroom, which is easy enough to clean if done properly, the glass oven dishes were covered in cobwebs and a dead spider, there were black hairs/dirt on the bedding and you could feel the springs in the bed. Also no frying pan, which I know is a small thing but such a basic thing to have in a kitchen. The rug in the living room is filthy, should just be thrown away and all the lights flickered when turned on. Reasonably priced when compared to other air BnBs in Leeds, if you’re willing to compromise on the above then I’m sure you’ll find it more than adequate to stay in. Will say, these are small things that could be rectified with little effort or expense.

We arrived at 1530 hours after a 5 hour drive to find the accommodation not cleaned; beds were still unmade with dirty sheets, dirty cutlery in kitchen, excrement in toilet, dirty towels in bathroom (photo's taken). Contacted owners who agreed to come and clean. We had to vacate apartment for another x 2 hours for cleaning. On returning back the bathroom shower/bath had black mould all around (pictures taken) and the kitchen cutlery was still dirty. Accommodation is mid terrace, immediate neighbour to left spent all three nights shouting, screaming and playing music very loudly. We had very little sleep over x 3 nights.  On last day neighbour had blazing argument with other residents in area about his loud music and started making threats towards them. We did not feel safe at all throughout our 3 day stay - would definitely NEVER return.

We stayed at infinity’s house for five days, everything was as described. The neighborhood was quiet but not unsafe. The beds were a little soft. Everything else was top notch, especially the washer. Highly recommended.

We have a wonderful stay of 3 days. The computer table was very useful to me to do some my office works.

Very disappointed with the service. Before arrival I requested the sofa bed to be open and make up because we would be getting to the property late and exhausted, keeping in mind it was 2 adults and 2 kids coming to the property. When I request I was disregarded and simply told that the sofa bed was easy to open and the bedding would be under it. Well it definitely wasnt , I message them obviously late because that when we got to the property and they responded that they would look into it and nothing was said. I insisted and messaged back and again generic response that wasnt helpful at all. I messaged a 3rd time asking for them to make sure that at least in the morning for someone to come in and provide the bedding for the sofa bed and AGAIN generic message and not resolution. Absolutely NO ONE came in and provided the bedding. Disrespectful, Unconsidered. One small thing amongst other annoying issues that ruin the whole stay.

Had a really nice stay here in Leeds. The place was clean, cosy and exactly as described. Access to the property was really easy, and it’s close by to shops like Lidl and Farmfoods which was super handy. Host was friendly, quick to respond and made check-in simple.
