Clean & Tidy house, great price
Positive: Nice & clean, very nice house at a great price.
Negative: Nothing to report, everything was fine.

Andy Smith

booking

Positive: Cleanliness, calmness and comfort.
Negative: Nothing major. Sometimes the shared kitchen and washroom were not maintained properly by the other shared members.

Pon Avinash Manoharan

Positive: Security of the place is my number one, facilties and even quietness
Negative: The £50 security fee. I felt it was too much more so that I only knew of it after having paid for the caccomodation

Busi Olagunju

Positive: The room was beyond my expectations 😁Super cozy and comfortable and the staff when I occasionally bumped into them were very welcoming and friendly would definitely return
Negative: In trying to book extra nights it would be nice to be informed earlier if there is a problem either monetary or availability !?

My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Bambina

we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

High quality accommodation in pristine condition

这个房源挺不错的。周边环境很好，离公交站也很近，步行五分钟有便利店，虽然不在市中心，但也很方便。房间里没有桌子，这对有需要的人来说可能略有不足。总的来说是一个性价比较高的房源。

Zhengyi

Suited my needs, quiet, clean, had privacy, felt safe.

Location feels a bit dodgy but for the price and how close it is to the city, it is a great stay none the less. Clean house with a good kitchen.

Aaron

Positive: Easy to find and park, nice tidy apartment. Good location for a weekend away. Would definately stay here again.

Andy Green

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Jack

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Infinity were very responsive when we had issues however there was a lot of issues - the listing clearly states having 4 sofa beds which isn’t the case, there is only 2 which were tiny, there was no bedding provided for them either and it took a lot of back and forth communication until someone agreed to bring some to the house. Additionally, there is only one shower in the house which was broken - the shower head had clearly been taped on and kept falling down. The shower was then leaking into the living room which we reported and sent photos but they did nothing about. The neighbourhood in general is very noisy and doesn’t feel that safe, we kept getting noise complaints from the neighbours when we’d be asleep or not even in the house so we felt very targeted.

Shantelle

Had a lovely stay, comfortable clean beds, house was spotless thank you

Jonathan

Plenty of space and as described. Easy to check in with pin lock. Close to some local shops which was useful. Had everything we needed and good location, thanks very much!

Easy to find in a good location, with a great price. Comfortable beds and accessible entrance. Looks exactly like photos. 10/10

Very spacious, good location, but very dirty kitchen and non responsive owner
Positive: It was very spacious and was definitely what we needed size wise. Location was good in terms of where we needed to be. Stores are very close by. We had enough towels, and we could use the washing machine to wash the kids' clothes. Good internet connection - so kids were happy. Working fridge, iron and ironing board.
Negative: The owner lists a mobile number on the property profile and I called and sent messages but they did not answer at all. We also asked when we booked whether we could arrive a little earlier, with no response from the owner. When we arrived we were told to register, pay a fee and if we want to arrive earlier we need to pay almost 50 pounds which is ridiculous. If we knew this earlier, we would have made other arrangements. Travelling with little kids makes these kinds of things really challenging. The kitchen stove was so dirty, the washer had dirty towels, and the dishwasher had dishes in that was washed but it was stinking to high heaven .There was also a bucket of dirty water under the kitchen sink that was probably there for a while. The plumbing in the shower was awful. Taps are either very cold or very hot and the shower was broken, so you had to hold it in your hands. There was a broom with half a handle and no dustpan. The vacuum cleaner hardly worked. You also couldnt open all the windows. It was very hot in the house and it was quite unpleasant. We never engaged personally with the owner once - everything was automatic texting / emails.

Gerardus De Vaal

Excellent value for money
Positive: It was lovely and warm and close to town centre
Negative: Easy access and close to town centre

Brendan Gaffney

Cosy spacious air bnb
Positive: Clean, tidy, spacious. Had all the amenities. Brilliant double attic space. Tv/ wi-fi working on point in every room. Each room had its own hair dryer straightener and clothes rail. Clean fresh bedding.
