My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. We had such a wonderful stay here for a week! The place was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We really appreciated all the help and kindness throughout our visit. The apartment was ok, generally clean, but lacked some basic equipment like baking trays for the oven. During the second night of my stay, water began leaking through the ceiling via the bathroom doorframe, a light fitting and the fire alarm, setting off the alarm. I was forced to move to a hotel at 11:00pm as the noise was unbearable and the conditions unsafe. During this time maintenance did not arrive (I had notified them 90 mins before leaving). They then were uncooperative refusing to refund the disturbed night, hotel stay or remaining nights leading to me requiring Airbnb assistance to correct this issue. I not only had to move mid week, but lost money on the hotel/new accommodation and had to through out half the food I had purchased for the week.

Unfortunately a decent stay but when there was an incident on one of the days when the front door lock failed, communication response times were extremely poor leading to being stranded for over 2 hours at 8pm.

It was difficult to get in as the instructions on the code lock was not clear. Took about an hour to get in before getting a clear and precise instruction on how to get in. Studio was neat, cozy and simple. Not a bad stay.

Overall my stay was a 10/10 I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Positive: I have enjoyed staying here over the weekend, upon arrival it was clean, smelt nice and is in a perfect location for me. You receive all check in/out information over messages and locks for the doors are codes so no messing about with keys. I will definitely book again and hope to make it a monthly visit.
Negative: There’s only a couple of things I disliked, for starters there was a hidden security deposit of £50 that you have to pay before checking in, I wasn’t made aware of this at the time of booking and had to transfer money from my other bank to cover this, you get this refunded a few days after you leave, I didn’t mind paying it, however I would of liked to of been made aware at the time, I can only see it being a problem for others who can’t afford to spare it and will be at a loss without being able to cancel. 
The shower was a small issue, the drainage specifically doesn’t seem to drain fast enough as after several minutes it starts to overflow under the door.
Two others that are more just suggestions, the Hoover could do with a clean itself as I noticed a smell to it whilst in use and could do with a couple of cloths ect to wipe up with instead of just the washing up sponges.
