Great location - only a bus ride from city centre. The cleaner came in almost every day and the communal areas were kept clean. For anyone trying to contact them during your stay - contact them via airbnb and not their number - I have been left on read twice on whatsap.
Overall, a comfortable stay, although with the nature of being on the ground floor, the floor squeaked quite a bit when the people upstairs were walking around.
If you are looking to stay long-term, you should buy yourself some toilet roll - each room is given one at the start of the stay (with small tubes of shampoo and body wash) and the shared bathroom does not have any amenities.

Positive: Didn't like been woke up to a weather banging on doors n windows at 6 in morning telling me to get outside cos he was gonna kill me over summit that wasn't even me,,,,I approached the guy he knew straight away it wasn't me,,said sorry n walked away,,but I didn't want that hassle Negative: Couldn't literally get no telly

Nice house but host has a lot to learn about actual hospitality Positive: Nice large clean room. Great kitchen and bathroom. All very clean. Negative: The rooms are.not soundproof at all. The cleaners arrive early in the morning around 9.30! This makes getting ready to leave very crowded as they are hoovering the stairs. If you want a lie-in it's impossible with the noise and chat. Also, you get ONE roll of toilet paper and are then told to buy your own! This is insane. ONE roll for FOUR days. And you have to keep it in your room because there is none in the bathroom. So if you forget it you have to go back to your room to retrieve it. When I asked the host for more she said... 'We provide you with ONE complimentary roll. If you use that you have to buy your own! How is toilet roll 'complimentary' when booking accommodation? There is also no hand-wash provided. It's also not a nice neighbourhood and as a solo woman I should not have been put on the ground floor. The house itself was fine but the host has a lot to learn about hosting. I was also bombarded with constant unecessary messages and had to strip the bed before I left. Plus there was a £50 holding charge. Absolute madness. Never again!
