Met basic needs for short visit with specific remit. Positive: Met basic needs for accommodation adjacent to Headingley and Leeds city centre. Negative: No grill pan in cooker, poor kitchen equipment generally. Getting charged 2 deposits of £50. Very small shower.

Fantastic stay in a cosy place within good range to all of Leeds Positive: The flat is centrally located in Kirkstall, a 10 minute bus ride away from town centre, the bus leaves less than 3 minutes on foot away. Amenities such as supermarket, pubs and other shops are within walking distance and cultural highlights such as Kirkstall Abbey are only a few bus stops away. The flat itself is clean, the provisions were as advertised. The beds were comfy and the area is nice. If you want to be in a very central and cosy location, this one is very high up the list. Landlord was very accommodating as far as late check in was concerned. Negative: Two minor drawbacks: The shower cabin is not designed with tall / bigger than average people in mind, so showering is a bit of a sporting exercise. The landlord's communications are friendly and very informative as well as cooperative, only - the number of reminders "remember that check-out is at 11 a.m." was a bit irritating.

Everything cheap except the cost of the room. Positive: Bed was comfortable. Location was great for what I needed which was the Leeds Marathon. Negative: Everything was as cheap as it could be. A cheap clothes rail with 3 hangers. The shower was shocking, impossible to get the temperature right and little flow. The whole place was hot due to it being above a busy pizza shop. Decor tired, cracked floor tile in the bathroom and split lino in the front room. I cut my foot on a screw that is coming out on the trim between the rooms. Very over priced for what we actually got. Would not stay again.

Bon rapport qualité prix personnel très réactif Positive: La chambre est très spacieuse et les lit confortable. J’ai apprécié la qualité de la cuisine équipée et de la table à manger ainsi que le lave linge + Negative: La salle de bain est beaucoup trop petite ! Pour le salon il manque un petit fauteuil supplémentaire pour passer de bonne soirée en famille devant la télé :)

Good value for money Positive: The property itself is very large, clean, and well equipped. The key collection was easy and plenty of space to park. Major supermarkets and food shops are nearby. Negative: This is not a criticism, just additional information. The property is above a shop and access to the property from the back street may not be very family friendy to some. It was perfectly OK for us, though. The apartment is very large, but the toilet and shower cubicle are extremely small. If you drop the soap, you cannot bend to pick it up.
