My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. The atmosphere of the stay in the outskirts of Leeds was disappointing.
Positive: Bed were comfortable.
Negative: On arrival, there was no one to greet or to help with finding the accommodation and showing around the room. Communication with the person in change was inconsistent. No safe place to put bikes.

Positive: The house is more or less nothing special and it still lacked more instructions. I can even give you an example: when I arrived I didn't know where the iron was, and I won't say thank you.
Negative: Good visibility at all levels, starting with communication, and then I had to pay more than I had already paid for the total of the house, and I wasn't told if it was the £50 deposit, and to date I haven't received any email or anything explaining the reason.

Positive: The room was great, it was fresh clean, smelt lovely, and had a great bed, a fridge and clothes rack. There are multiple showers and toilets that get cleaned regularly.
Negative: Sharing the house with other more permanent tenants I think is a draw back. It smells a bit smokey in the hallways and the bathroom in my case was left dirty before their cleaner came in. And the kerb appeal isn't great.
