Positive: Nice & clean, very nice house at a great price.
Negative: Nothing to report, everything was fine.

Andy Smith

booking

Positive: Cleanliness, calmness and comfort.
Negative: Nothing major. Sometimes the shared kitchen and washroom were not maintained properly by the other shared members.

Pon Avinash Manoharan

Positive: Security of the place is my number one, facilties and even quietness
Negative: The £50 security fee. I felt it was too much more so that I only knew of it after having paid for the caccomodation

Busi Olagunju

Positive: The room was beyond my expectations 😁Super cozy and comfortable and the staff when I occasionally bumped into them were very welcoming and friendly would definitely return
Negative: In trying to book extra nights it would be nice to be informed earlier if there is a problem either monetary or availability !?

My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Bambina

we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

High quality accommodation in pristine condition

这个房源挺不错的。周边环境很好，离公交站也很近，步行五分钟有便利店，虽然不在市中心，但也很方便。房间里没有桌子，这对有需要的人来说可能略有不足。总的来说是一个性价比较高的房源。

Zhengyi

Suited my needs, quiet, clean, had privacy, felt safe.

Location feels a bit dodgy but for the price and how close it is to the city, it is a great stay none the less. Clean house with a good kitchen.

Aaron

Positive: Easy to find and park, nice tidy apartment. Good location for a weekend away. Would definately stay here again.

Andy Green

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Jack

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Location was very good bus stops availability very good. Health and safety issues the front door entrance needs a mat as I slipped on the tiles when the floor was wet from the rain. You need a washing line the garden needs weeding front and back. Also if your light sleeper best not to stay in the basement floor boards seems very hollow

Sima

Ryan

Done the job for a family stay, good amenities, upstairs neighbours are a bit noisy but cant be helped.

Would recommend
Positive: Very clean and close to city centre
Negative: I don’t know if it’s every weekend but there was loud party upstairs

Mateusz Klarecki

Positive: Plenty of room. Good size kitchen.
Negative: The double bed. A bit on the small side.

Janet Jozefowicz

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless on arrival, and the host was consistently responsive and helpful throughout our visit. A minor issue with the Wi‑Fi came up, but the host addressed it quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent. It’s just a short three‑minute walk to the bus stop, making it very convenient for getting to the university and city centre. My daughter especially enjoyed being so close to Cross Flatts Park, and we found plenty of shops nearby, including a Morrisons Daily just two minutes away. Overall, this is a great place for families — comfortable, well‑situated, and supported by a thoughtful host. We would happily stay again.

Souvik

Nice apartment shame about the neighbours
Positive: Modern, clean and comfortable bed
Negative: Stayed for three nights and only managed one nights sleep. The person living directly above the property kept us awake all night on the third night playing loud music , this started at 220am and only stopped as we left at 745am. On the previous night there was music and noise from 2am until after 4am. I did contact the owner and there was good communications but alas still loud drum and base music. The apartment itself is fine but unless you are a very sound sleeper I would not recommend that you stay here

Jon JONES

You get what you pay for. Excessive noise upstairs really ruined the place, there were 3 men staying above. You can hear every step and word said throughout the property. The stairs to apartment above go behind the bedroom wall so constant noise when people coming and going. The area that the basement flat is located is terrible also and very unsafe

Jacob

i had a great time in leeds and the places we visited. brilliant
Positive: the flat was very good and well presented a lot of lovely decoration. the location was good just a short car journey to centre or with public transport. plenty of places to visit nearby. excellent location.
Negative: absolutely nothing it was perfect.

james wilson

Overall not a bad place but beware this is a basement flat and is only two rooms both of which have a door onto the outside. The front door opens into the bedroom so doesn’t feel cosy. There is a window above the door through which the streetlight shines and prevents you from sleeping. A blind was installed after we complained about this The WiFi also does not work in all areas in the flat (not at all in the bedroom) The flat above is also rented out and we could hear everything the whole night so it wasn’t exactly restful sleep but I appreciate the host can’t do much about that For the money we paid it wasn’t worth it

Ventsi

good
Positive: very clean and tidy，and big.
Negative: The soundproofing is not very good. You can hear the noise from upstairs. If there are children upstairs, this will make it very difficult to bear.

sa jinghan

Worth every penny.
Positive: How clean and fresh the place was. Friendly neighbours.

Ines Fernandes

very good apartment with really nice neighbours. only quarm I had was having to pay an extra £59 for cleaning even though I always leave it spotless and all the other places I stay do not charge extra for cleaning services

Andrew

Very receptive, we felt at home, the kitchen has everything it needs, very quiet place and in our comfort. The host was receptive and open to help. Thank you! We hope to come back.
