My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. Positive: The place was clean but the bedroom was rather congested. Good for a night's rest but could be complicated if travelling for work and need space to work. A
Negative: A rug on the bathroom floor would be a good idea. Let people know about the 50 pounds holding fee clearly before they pay and refund as soon as they checkout as its quite a bit of money. Can the cleaning also knock on rooms after the official check out time, 11.00 a.m

Decent. Livable. For emergencies and short stays.
Positive: Lock system as good. A bit of learning curve at first but then ultimately reliable and efficient. My room had the bare minimum. Slept alright.

The kitchen had enough utensils to cook a meal. Bonus for tumble dryer, laundry machine, and a TV in the room.
Negative: My bedside table was uncleaned. My bed had a bit of dust. The mattress was too soft.
I could hear my room neighbour pretty well.

There is no kitchen here.
Positive: This property is advertised with a kitchen and kitchen facilities like a kettle,fridge, microwave.
There is a kitchen in room 1 but other residents can't get access to it.
I'd bought food that needed to go into a fridge.
There is no fridge.
When I managed to get a hold of someone they said Booking.com had advertised it wrong, how is that possible when its his advertisement?
There was also another Lady there who was looking for the kitchen.
Negative: No access to a kitchen when it was advertised wrong.
Also the wifi password is wrong.

Loud guests made stay unbearable, avoid.
Positive: Positives was that the property was clean and tidy and basic utilities included.
Negative: Shared property meant that price was cheap but not worth it for sharing with loud housemates. It was so bad we had to leave two nights early. Other guests threw a houseparty, loud music and banging, lots of people coming and going. Drug taking and smoking inside as well. Complained to hosts who just sent them a warning message but it carried on late into the night, felt very unsafe. Absolutely awful and had to leave for a proper hotel. Would not use again.
