My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. I was sat outside the house locked out for hours it was horrible.
Positive: nothing
Negative: Having paid the full cost of my stay, I arrived at the accommodation without access CODE, or keys or someone to let me in,  the owner of the place  spoke to me on the phone and sent me a message  off the Booking.com  that I needed to verify myself, I was sent a link that asked for my ID, receipt  and payment of £250 as deposit. Because I could not pay the deposit demanded I never entered the place.  I have not been refunded

Fine once I was in, but lacking in maintenance.
Positive: Good room.  Easy to get into once I got the code.
Negative: All the messages were automated and there was no way to get through to a person who could answer directly.  I arrived without knowing the address.  Eventually I understood that I needed to upload ID before the address would be disclosed but it’s a shame no one could just answer the phone.  Then the bathroom was in a mess and needed repairs.

Good value for money, basic but clean and good location.
Positive: Good location and easy to get in, easy to find parking. TV worked and sheets and towels were clean.
Negative: It was bit dated and too basic furniture. They were a bit cheap with the toilet paper, soap and basic needs for toilet. You had to take stuff with you every time you needed to go to the toilet and they wouldn’t provide more than 1 small soap and 1 role of paper for a whole weeks stay which was not enough.
