My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. So easy to find. Very quiet and peaceful.

If I was working again in Leeds I would stay there again 100% even after the issue with access.
Positive: The apartment was clean and tidy and within walking distance to the nearest shops.
There is a pub restaurant just 2 minutes walk away, which sold excellent food and has a quiz night on a Thursday.
Negative: Check in could have been better as told that the key for the room was in a key box but turned out it was in the push pad box on the left of the door, plus they had missed the hash off.

Positive: Kitchen adequately equipped for upto two persons. Shower was excellent. Fast WiFi and smart TV. Good heating too I was never cold. Checkin was also super easy. I would stay again.
Negative: There are a velux windows with fitted blinds. some blinds looked like they might break if you tried to open them.

Customer Service improvement needed. Other than that, very good property.
Positive: The property was warm and cosy, after we were directed how to work the heating. Bed was clean and cosy. The only concern was an electricity main box was right in the hallway at nearly floor level. We had to keep monitoring our two year old not to go there and turn it off, or worse still injure himself. Other than that the property was really nice.
Negative: The customer service was very poor, with staff really curt and borderline rude on the phone, frequently dropping the call when we were trying to clarify some issues. The booking process did not mention any security deposit, until after making the non-refundable booking for the property. They refused to direct us on how and where to get the keys until we had paid the deposit. Had it been we didn't carry the additional amount, our payment would have gone down the drains. It was expected that that requirement should have been disclosed prior to booking. The staff over the phone was very curt, and rude during the process.

Positive: Property was lovely, easy parking, very clean and comfortable. Sofa bed was hard, however, perfect for me as I like a hard bed.

Only negatives were small things, a non-slip mat for the shower would be useful, there was no basin or plug for the kitchen sink and no instructions for working the hob, I did send a message to ask but never got response and had to google in the end. Nothing that actually spoiled our stay. Any other time I sent messages I did get a response.

We would definitely book again if down in Leeds again.
