My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. Clean and tidy. Apart from a clogged shower drain. There is no on site parking which should have been made clear. I drove from Ireland in an electric car and then had to look around for somewhere to charge it which was a massive nuisance. A roll and a half of toilet paper isn't enough for a family of four for 3 nights. The place is clean as I mentioned but needs more attention to detail. The host was responsive and apologetic. Cannot complain on that front.

I stayed for 2 nights with my family for my son's graduation. Communication was excellent and instructions were clear. I misread initially and had problems finding the entrance, but the host was very helpful and understanding. On arrival, the place was spotlessly clean and tidy inside and out. Its a small place, but has the essentials for a comfortable stay. Lidl was within walking distance and town centre is a short taxi ride away. Communication with the host was great. Responses were fast and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the place and location is good and not bad at all, but a few issues with the property within itself one being hygiene (Dusty areas and gas tops) communication wasn’t very great asked for WiFi password and had to wait a whole day for the password, no phone service so was an issue in regard to that too, furthermore one toilet roll between 4 people had to go out my way and buy my own rolls message to the host for toilet roll was completely disregarded. Furthermore the toilet is a slip hazard as there are no anti slip mats shower water was blocked now flow for it to drain properly despite trying several times to unblock myself but had no luck. Over the property itself is in a good location and has a decent layout but could do with additional safety measures being put in place, communication is another issue which also needs to be addressed. Raised the issues with the host the host acknowledged there mistakes but bluntly refused to refund at all. In my opinion it’s not worth £250

Overall, we had a good stay. The house is clean, spacious, and well set up for families, with two good-sized bedrooms and a nice open-plan kitchen/living area. The outdoor space was also useful for kids, and having TVs in each room was convenient. The location is great, with easy access to the city centre and nearby supermarkets. However, a few issues should be noted. The listing mentioned free parking, but it was only street parking, and we were not given clear guidance on where it was legal to park. The oven was in poor condition and did not work properly, which affected our ability to cook. While most areas were clean, the bed sheets did not feel fresh. One bedroom has a skylight, making it very bright early in the morning during summer. Overall, a good place, but some improvements are needed.
