My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. When we arrived there was a dead wasp on our bed. Curtains were dirty.  Our experience with checking in wasn't the best

Absolutely disgusting place I'd give minus stars if possible!! Avoid at all costs, the place is thilfy despite saying is cleaned daily (lools like the place hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in years) Nothing at all like the pictures shown online on the listing. The place is not for to be listed on air bnb!! Had to dispute getting my money back for nearly 2 weeks with air bnb taking hours of my time. Had the host try telling air bnb I was staying in the propwrty after been forced to find alternative accommodation and pay for hotels. They make you pay a £50 holding deposit to get the key access codes before you can check in which I am still in the process of trying to ressolve... clearly these guys are just TOTAL CHANCERS!!

Beautiful place.
Positive: Unique and beautiful house, spacious and comfortable room and bed, I felt immediately well. Kitchen was well equipped, toiletries and towels were also provided. My room had a very quiet fridge, big TV, library, and an armchair with footrest. There was wooden decor and good heating. Very close to food supermarkets and bus stops. Definitely recommended.

I unexpectedly arrived very late and had an issue with finding the lockbox (my fault!) but even at 11:45pm they were instantly available and responsive - and very helpful!! I’ve stayed here before and been satisfied but I would go as far to recommend Infinity from now on. House is a historic building. Very big.Shower is not powerful on 1st floor. A bit difficult to control the temperature. All the other things is fine.
