We enjoyed our stay here, had a quality picnic. We will remember this one. Positive: The property was clean and situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Facilities were comfy and good. Negative: The sink in the washroom was blocked, and there’s no rug or mat outside the washroom.

Such a shame the place is lovely inside bar a few miss cleaning spots but was decent but unfortunately we never slept due to the noise from the apartment above ! 24/7 day in and night till gone 5am in the morning we contacted the host multiple times which they said it would be sorted unfortunately it never and the noise got worse , we had to contact Airbnb for compensation refund ! Would have been worth the money without the noise but unfortunately it was absolutely ridiculous which we video the noise and you could hear clear as day how loud they was so imagine what it was like !

Overall, the stay was good. The location of the property was wrong, which did affect the planning and logistics of the trip, but we were offered a partial refund to compensate.
Very clean and matched the photos. The private driveway was useful.
Host was very responsive.
We were told that there is a property above this one and to expect some noise. However, in reality, it was very noisy and you could hear floorboards creak, tv noise and conversations from above. If you are a light sleeper, then I expect this may be an issue.

The address was incorrect, neighbours had to walk in and out of the garden to access the shared shed while we were in the garden . They were also very loud doing renovation work. The smart lock was very confusing to work, and the instructions were incorrect, it required twisting left to open and instructions said twist right and press a button that did not exist. Hose water was scalding hot and a burn hazard, had to fill up the hot tub from two outside taps, one cold and one hot. the cold one was on the other side of the garden and meant I had to stand 4 feet away holding the hose so it would go in the hot tub. they only left 2 half rolls of toilet paper. apart from that the place was clean and both tvs worked
