My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. Room C looked bigger in the photos than what I got. Carpet in the room has damage on it. Very quiet area though.

The room itself was great. Clean and exactly as described. The communal kitchen and bathrooms were also clean and well maintained. The property was in a good location with plenty of shops and transport links. The only issue I had was the excessive number of messages received both via Airbnb and via text message. I only stayed for one night but received over 15 messages in that time - all automated, which is very excessive. Other than that there were no issues and I would happily stay here again

I left after 1 night because the other guests lived there and they were older single men with questionable political views. We didn't feel safe using the shared bathroom alone. The place also looked nothing like the pictures and someone is living in the dining room. there were stains and left over gym equipment and every room was really dark even in daylight. if you are a holiday guest I would not reccomended staying here. when I confronted the host they were rude and unhelpful

Huge old house, former rooms turned into mini apartments with a communal kitchen downstairs. I rather liked the tone of the place, but you need to follow instructions carefully and ensure everything has gone through with deposits, or you won’t get in. Infinity was responsive, thankfully, so messaging gleaned answers in 15-20 minutes. Room had its own fridge, helpfully. Bathrooms are shared, clean but free of anything like toilet roll so you will want to bring some. Given its position fairly centrally in Leeds, it felt safe, and plenty of good eateries and shops in walking distance.

Seemed great in the pictures however on arrival, room was smaller and first thing you noticed was the horrendous strong rank, rancid smell of alcohol and vomit in the room. the heating was turned to the maximum which made the smell even worse. The window also barely opened 20cm [for safety apparently], whilst switching the heater off made little difference. My pregnant wife had even more difficult sleeping than me in such trash grimy conditions and we had severe migrains. I made the owner aware of these issues and to change room, sort the smell or even remove the small lock on the window. They refused on all fronts in addition to charging more than 10 quid cleaning fee. I feel bad for the guests staying in the room in the future. God bless.
