My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. Was exactly as described however smoke alarms in every did make it hard to shower and dry hair, there was unfortunately mould in the bathroom however other than that the place was nice and it was quiet.

Excellent stay – highly recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Infinity’s property. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed after long days at work. It genuinely felt like a place where you could come back, relax and properly rest. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay – friendly, helpful and very responsive whenever we needed anything. The location was also very convenient for us, and overall the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Needs quite a bit of maintenance. Holes in lino, black mildew in bathroom. Awful smell, tried masking it with plug ins, which we turned off as allergic. Lots of different codes and messing about to get in. Elderly would struggle. No handrail on stairs. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. Crockery and cultery not the best snd not matching. A few things where dirty as well

Flat itself was ok although shabbier than in the photos, the clock on the wall was missing hands. fire alarm silencer was broken and beeping, we were unable to stop it beeping. Contacted hosts, told us they would speak to someone to fix it. Next day they told me it should be fixed, it wasn't, they then told us to leave it with them and suggested changing rooms. More waiting, eventually told us they had no rooms and offered no more help. Pretty sure I was talking to an AI and they were just stalling for time before we left. Would not recommend, very hard to enjoy your time when there is constant beeping 24 hours a day.

I'm sad to say that, although the flat itself was fine, we had a fee major issues. The main being that a fire alarm silencer was beeping when we arrived and despite informing the host immediately, was never fixed for our entire stay. The host was fairly responsive, but would essentially just tell us that "they were waiting for an engineer to attend" for our entire stay. two of us were sleeping in the living room and if you've ever been around a constantly beeping alarm for any amount of time, you can imagine that this became incredibly frustrating. Other than that, the shower head was broken. The flat itself was spacious, well outfitted and check in was fairly painless. A shame about the fire alarm silencer and the hosts response or we would probably have rated much higher.

The host was amazing and very responsive. The apartment was clean with a few odd bits of wear and tear but nonetheless it was clean and uncluttered. It has a nice view of the garden outside so it's lovely on a sunny day. The beds were comfy and loved that each room had a smart tv. We didn't get a chance to walk around much however Uber Eats had a lot of options and nice places to eat to out in only a 10 min drive away. It was a pleasant stay and if I were to be back in the area I would definitely book again.

Positive: Plenty of space in the accommodation and plenty of free onsite parking.
Toiletries provided but not enough for the number of people and nights ie toilet roll
Negative: We tried to contact them about no hot water and heating in the property.... someone came and said it was fixed but it wasn't and tried ringing everyday and leaving a message to let them know still not working.
Shower head holder broken so struggled to use shower. Window didn't seal so let draft in as you could see daylight through the gap

Nice, just struggled getting into apartment. Lots of messages and emails during the stay which wasn’t ideal but you pay for what you get.

The area was good and the flat was clean and comfortable overall. We did struggle a bit with the key code, as it wasn’t very easy for us to access at first. There were also a couple of small maintenance issues, such as the shower head holder needing fixing and an exposed screw in the corner of the carpeted flooring. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
