Hosts were good although they forgot to give me the right code at first for the gate. Positive: Has a lot of potential, enjoyed the massage chairs. Negative: Isn’t maintained well things are falling apart, there were also cob webs all over the house and in the games room. Property needs a good clean inside and outside. Originally booked for the hot tub but didn’t end up using it as the area was dirty.

Horrible! AVOID Positive: The area was okay Negative: Where do I start the hot tub was nothing like the photos and was clearly damaged before we entered the hot tub will have pictures of it and obviously they tried to pin this on us 🤦🏻‍♀️ 800 and odd pound they wanted! I don’t even think the hot tub would be worth that! The outdoor seating area needs an upgrade nothing matched and some of the chairs were already broken! The pergola over the hot tub was manky! Clearly needs removed the hot tub alone wasn’t safe! The “games” room smelt of mould The back bedroom’s radiator was hanging off the wall the curtain pole was hanging off the wall There was no hot water coming through the taps and no heating at all! Can’t believe they’re trying to say we damaged the hot tub when it was clearly cello taped at the sides! Overall I wasn’t going to rate it badly but the fact they’re trying to blame us! We even paid for an early check in fee as they wanted us to check in at 4pm! We had a friend coming up from Portsmouth! The communication is awful! And if the CCTV works maybe they should check it! My photo’s at the top have dates and times if the “managers” care to look! Please don’t waste your money and go elsewhere

Cheap enough but you get what you pay for. Dont expect a comfortable stay. Positive: Location for where we needed to go was good. Nice games room but the gardens are not well kept so getting to the games room and the hot tub was horrible. Negative: Not enough towels for the number of guest. Heating didn’t work. Kettle didn’t work and no replacement sent. WiFi was poor and all the TVs run on WiFi so couldn’t really watch anything or work from there as the WiFi kept cutting out.

Disappointing and uncomfortable Positive: The game shed and the massage chairs although there was no ps5 in the game shed. Negative: Unacceptable stay. The mattress cover was visibly stained and of poor quality, making it clear the bedding had not been properly cleaned. This alone made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. There was also no hot water during our stay, and despite maintenance visiting twice, the issue was never resolved. In addition, we were required to pay a £50 “holding deposit” before being given access to the keys. This fee was not clearly communicated in advance and has not been refunded. Overall, the property failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and transparency. I would not stay here again .

For your comfort and peace of mind, we carry out pre check-in checks at all of our properties. Our property and business insurance requires these measures to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for you. A holding deposit of £50 is also taken at the time of check. This remains in your bank account pending balance and is automatically released 4 working days after check-out, once the property has been inspected and all house rules have been followed.
