Clean & Tidy house, great price
Positive: Nice & clean, very nice house at a great price.
Negative: Nothing to report, everything was fine.

Andy Smith

booking

Positive: Cleanliness, calmness and comfort.
Negative: Nothing major. Sometimes the shared kitchen and washroom were not maintained properly by the other shared members.

Pon Avinash Manoharan

Positive: Security of the place is my number one, facilties and even quietness
Negative: The £50 security fee. I felt it was too much more so that I only knew of it after having paid for the caccomodation

Busi Olagunju

Positive: The room was beyond my expectations 😁Super cozy and comfortable and the staff when I occasionally bumped into them were very welcoming and friendly would definitely return
Negative: In trying to book extra nights it would be nice to be informed earlier if there is a problem either monetary or availability !?

My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Bambina

we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

High quality accommodation in pristine condition

这个房源挺不错的。周边环境很好，离公交站也很近，步行五分钟有便利店，虽然不在市中心，但也很方便。房间里没有桌子，这对有需要的人来说可能略有不足。总的来说是一个性价比较高的房源。

Zhengyi

Suited my needs, quiet, clean, had privacy, felt safe.

Location feels a bit dodgy but for the price and how close it is to the city, it is a great stay none the less. Clean house with a good kitchen.

Aaron

Positive: Easy to find and park, nice tidy apartment. Good location for a weekend away. Would definately stay here again.

Andy Green

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Jack

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Great stay Only con I can list would be the smart lock codes being inaccurate

It was amazing comfortable an homly
Positive: The rooms an how comfortable the bed was had a brilliant night sleep
Negative: The front gate Jammed when I tried opening it an I couldn’t get in so my 5’2ft ass had to jump over the wall which is like 3 times bigger than me to get in to un jam the gate

I got what I paid for was close to my work so was perfect.

Negative: The bed was a little uncomfortable but I managed .

Most effortless check in and Check out Host made sure everything was good and always checked up if anything was needed Brilliant stay

Kristian

Great accomodation and good value for money. The only issue I had was trying to find communication with the lockbox code when I was checking out so would advise screen shoting messages with that info. I would stay there again as there were a lot of positives.

Colin

I extended my stay. It's a suitable place to go inbetween looking for somewhere. All the essentials you need and private enough to have your own space.

Javier

Positive: The building is located on a quiet street Silence and a very large yard where you could sit, drink coffee and relax in silence

Matczak Tadeusz

Unfortunately, this was one of the more disappointing Airbnb experiences my wife and I have had. The stay involved mandatory third-party verification and deposit steps outside Airbnb before check-in details were released, which made the arrival experience unnecessarily stressful despite already being verified on Airbnb. Communication throughout the stay felt highly scripted and policy-driven rather than guest-focused. The room itself also had some presentation and maintenance concerns, including a cupboard/storage area containing dusty maintenance materials and miscellaneous items that did not feel guest-ready. Being located directly beside the shared bathroom also resulted in repeated noise disturbance. I appreciate Airbnb Support eventually stepping in and addressing some of the concerns raised, but overall the experience did not reflect the level of hospitality, comfort, or transparency we expected from an Airbnb stay.

Andy

I had booked for the week and had no choice
Positive: Customer service is one way. They respond when they like. You are expected to follow online instruction for everything. Was given wrong key code and was lock outside for more than an hour with no feedback at all.
Negative: Room was not cosy. Internet not the best.

Foli Christian

Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish. The apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean, and located in a perfect spot for exploring the city. Great value for the price and we would happily stay here again!"

Steve

The place was easy to find and very pleasant and peaceful felt right at home, even stayed an extra night will be back again

Maxwell

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely building. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry room worked well too. It was very quiet and peaceful, and the room had nice privacy. The room was quite large, was kept warm in the winter months, and was very clean when I arrived. Bathroom shower also had great temperature range and good water pressure and the bathrooms were kept very clean. The hosts were helpful, friendly, and communicative.

Lynne

Very good. Well organised set up where you can cook and feel at home. Equipped kitchen. Cosy room. Toilets in the right places. In good area. Easy travel into Leeds City Centre. Nice neighbourhood.

Natasha

maintenance" required is to address both the visible peeling wallpaper and the potential root cause throughout the property. Also the shower is not fit for purpose needs a new thermostatic mixer, low pressure and temperature is either freezing cold or scolding hot there’s no in-between

Economical , its an old building, needs maintenance , but it was cheaper, so worth it. Cleaning was not upto the mark , and kitchen was mess. Also, shower was slow. Took 25 mins to take shower. Positive things are room was spacious, good heating, quiet place, parking available on street, Anyways , thank you so much

Nouman

Second time I stay at Infinity’s place, great location and good value for money

Luca

Positive: Clean, polite, nice, quiet. Complete kitchen
Negative: BAD Internet, low pressure of hot water, no heating (in a night of 11°) and in top of everything, bad communication whether through their own website or non-existent by phone or WhatsApp
