My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. The apartment is in a nice, quiet area and was generally comfortable. However, there were a few things that affected our stay. The host attempted to request a holding fee, which I found unnecessary and frustrating. The shower also took a very long time to drain, meaning the water would build up while showering, which wasn't ideal. There was also a lot of messaging throughout the stay, which felt excessive and intrusive at times. Overall, these issues meant I would rate the stay 3 stars.

The stay itself was great and the property was clean. It is very well located for pubs, takeaways, and shopping (there's a retail park across the road with a McDonald's outside the window). ​However, we encountered a few issues. The property was roasting on arrival because the electric hob had been left on. The kitchen was also under-equipped for a place hosting 5 people— to name a few there were only 3 forks and 3 mugs (we were told more mugs would arrive the next day, but they didn't). ​On the plus side, communication from the host was good and check-in/out instructions were clear. This is a great property with a few issues that can easily be fixed. All in all, a good stay.

if you need a roof over your head and a toilet this place is fine. tbf, the host was very responsive and the pillows were decent on the bed. the bed lining was clean. as for everything else, I'm not really sure where to start. the place was still dirty and not hoovered properly but the host assured me it had been thoroughly cleaned despite some rubbish from the previous visit being left behind. only half a toilet roll for 4 night stay. holes in the kitchen floor. no hot water in the shower (maybe needed to pull the cord but it's too short and close to the ceiling so I couldn't reach). the fridge was turned off when I arrived. the neighbors on the Saturday night were super noisy and the walls are paper thin. strong smell coming from under the kitchen sink which was from a dirty mop. says there are tea coffee etc but actually there were 3 scrunched up sachets of coffee on top of the microwave. the front door (inside) feels so flimsy. expect Kirkstall student apartments from the 2000s.

It was okay for what it was. The location is good and has a retail park across the road with loads of restaurants. Lots of damp patches throughout the property. Shower is extremely small. Other than this, it had everything we required for our stay.

Negative: There’s smell coming from downstairs restaurants all the time, the toilet and shower are tiny and didn’t give enough shower gels, thin wall you can hear neighbours’ baby crying, the street outside is bit trashy. And the washing machine is located in the shared hallway, the bed is not for anyone over 1.8m.

Would not recommend, especially for families with children. The property was not clean surfaces were covered in grease and there was a strong, unpleasant smell of burning or gas that caused headaches. It was also extremely noisy, both from outside and through the walls. Most concerning, despite both main doors being locked, someone was banging directly on our personal door on the first night, which made us feel very unsafe. Communication was good initially, but after we raised issues and left early (after 2 nights), it dropped off and we were refused a refund for the unused nights. Overall, an uncomfortable and stressful experience. I would advise others to be cautious.

My son and I needed a place to stay in Leeds as the place we were staying at let us down. It was a last minute booking and Infinity was very helpful and friendly.
