Clean & Tidy house, great price
Positive: Nice & clean, very nice house at a great price.
Negative: Nothing to report, everything was fine.

booking

Positive: Cleanliness, calmness and comfort.
Negative: Nothing major. Sometimes the shared kitchen and washroom were not maintained properly by the other shared members.

Pon Avinash Manoharan

Positive: Security of the place is my number one, facilties and even quietness
Negative: The £50 security fee. I felt it was too much more so that I only knew of it after having paid for the caccomodation

Busi Olagunju

Positive: The room was beyond my expectations 😁Super cozy and comfortable and the staff when I occasionally bumped into them were very welcoming and friendly would definitely return
Negative: In trying to book extra nights it would be nice to be informed earlier if there is a problem either monetary or availability !?

My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Bambina

we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

High quality accommodation in pristine condition

这个房源挺不错的。周边环境很好，离公交站也很近，步行五分钟有便利店，虽然不在市中心，但也很方便。房间里没有桌子，这对有需要的人来说可能略有不足。总的来说是一个性价比较高的房源。

Zhengyi

Suited my needs, quiet, clean, had privacy, felt safe.

Location feels a bit dodgy but for the price and how close it is to the city, it is a great stay none the less. Clean house with a good kitchen.

Aaron

Positive: Easy to find and park, nice tidy apartment. Good location for a weekend away. Would definately stay here again.

Andy Green

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Jack

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Positive: Nicely presented, comfortable and good value for the price. Easy and cheap uber in to town too.
Negative: Breakfast included = cornflakes or cheerios but there' was no milk in the fridge. Some bread for toast. Butter and jam etc would've have been a nice touch.

no bathroom mat some whom bath cant help but leave the bathroom soaked in water after washing themselves also smell of skunk from 2 different guests staying on bottom floor not did they wash up after themselves i was located on top floor with the heat no fresh air very muggy & hot decor throughout house needs touching up paint flaking off bedroom door hence why i dont understand why a security check in deposit is required i could understand if it was 5 star

Older property steep stairs.
Positive: Parking was great .On tha road but outside front door. Kitchen and dining area very good..Bed very comfortable. Whole premises very clean.
Negative: Steps upto front door and all internal stairs two flights to our room ,each individual riser was a couple of inches higher than modern stairs, which made it hard work to get to the second floor.second staircase had no handrail.
There were no toilet or washing facilites on the 2nd floor which was rather dificult even to brew up as water was on floor below.
Even with notes above weekend was ok.

Overall, it offered good value for money and suited us perfectly. We’d happily stay again.
Positive: We stayed here for few nights in Leeds and had a really comfortable and relaxed experience.
The place was clean, cosy, and exactly what we needed for a short break. The bed was comfortable, the room felt warm and welcoming, and everything was well presented on arrival.
Free parking was a big plus and made the stay much more convenient. The location worked well for us, with easy access to the city and local amenities. It felt like a good base for exploring the area while still being quiet enough to unwind in the evenings.
