My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. Positive: The place was generally clean, and okay facilities. The living room was fairly spacious, and there was on street parking. The keys were easy to locate and accessible. The bathroom was large.
Negative: The beds were very very uncomfortable, and some of the bedding had stains. The area it is in is very rough, and I worried about leaving my car parked in that area. It was very close to the city centre but it was not a nice area at all. The sofa bed was also uncomfortable and the Wi-Fi dipped out. I just didn’t think it was worth the money for the quality of the beds, location or general amenities.

Negative: For a family the bedroom window and both room windows are dangerous there&#39;s no restrictions on how wide they open and no chain so a child going to the toilet being nosey will fall straight out and also the bed is so close to the window a child could roll out ,the bath has a loose rusty screw poking out and a lot of the tiles have grout missing which some one can slice there hand on and the neighbors were very noisy from 5 am

Positive: Stayed there , facilities were OK, can’t fault anything.
Negative: The outside immediate area is a little rough. The texts about making sure I behave and do not cause and trouble were a little offensive. If I was running this business I will reword the texts messages. I checked out 2 nights early due to my family member being taken ill and I asked the owner if they would consider a part refund, and was told they will get back to me, since then numerous messages and calls from me and no one is responding thats 1 month later, all you have to do is tell me yes or no, I would stay here again and again but your after service is very poor.
