Perfect house for what we required. Extremely useful as has 2 keys one for front and one for back.
Easy to get in contact with either by phone or text.
Would recommended if you need a 4 bed house.

stay was great. shower did not have a holder so was required to hold the shower head while washing. one of the attic rooms did not have any form of blind to prevent anyone in a plane watching you sleep. lol but seriously was a bit of a pain while working nights.. and the wall next to the bed had a load of marks that didn't look to hygienic.
walking down from the attic rooms you could some times feel the carpet grippers digging into your feet.
but overall a decent stay and good value for money. would have stayed the following week but prices increased by nearly 50%

Overall ok. Just a few niggles which they could of sorted straightaway but didn’t Positive: All the beds were comfy and a good size. Negative: The fridge freezer could do with replacing. Both settees had holes in which I reported as I didn’t want to take the blame for something which was already there. Microwave wouldn’t work I notified them on the first night, they wanted a video of it not working instead of replacing straight away, and we had two one year olds and a 5 year old. Ended up buying one from someone we were working with as by the time I would have sent a video the stay was nearly over. Once you’ve paid for the property, They also take a £50 fee off you before they even let you see the check in details.

Quiet and homely Positive: Space was clean , wifi was good and clean toilet facilities Negative: Some of the internal decors are falling off and could put the burden of getting broken or spoilt on the guest. The information about the cleaning deposit should also be provided before hand and not after you are booked and already commited in the process
