Clean & Tidy house, great price

Negative: Nothing to report, everything was fine.

Andy Smith

booking

Positive: Cleanliness, calmness and comfort.
Negative: Nothing major. Sometimes the shared kitchen and washroom were not maintained properly by the other shared members.

Pon Avinash Manoharan

Positive: Security of the place is my number one, facilties and even quietness
Negative: The £50 security fee. I felt it was too much more so that I only knew of it after having paid for the caccomodation

Busi Olagunju

Positive: The room was beyond my expectations 😁Super cozy and comfortable and the staff when I occasionally bumped into them were very welcoming and friendly would definitely return
Negative: In trying to book extra nights it would be nice to be informed earlier if there is a problem either monetary or availability !?

My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Bambina

we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

High quality accommodation in pristine condition

这个房源挺不错的。周边环境很好，离公交站也很近，步行五分钟有便利店，虽然不在市中心，但也很方便。房间里没有桌子，这对有需要的人来说可能略有不足。总的来说是一个性价比较高的房源。

Zhengyi

Suited my needs, quiet, clean, had privacy, felt safe.

Location feels a bit dodgy but for the price and how close it is to the city, it is a great stay none the less. Clean house with a good kitchen.

Aaron

Positive: Easy to find and park, nice tidy apartment. Good location for a weekend away. Would definately stay here again.

Andy Green

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

Jack

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Jameel Sultan

it was a nice place, some of the utensils weren't clean properly ans they only gave 2 half full rolls of toilet paper but other than that it was lovely. the kitchen is nicely equipped though they only have a pizza tray and all of the other rooms are nice.

Amelia

Affordable place for short term stay. Place needs updating as it looks s bit worn. But good to stay for couple of days.

Tyra

Bei Ankunft nicht ins Gebäude gekommen. Dusche dreckig. Kein Platz. Heizungen kaputt. Gesprächspartner war offenbar noch nie in der Wohnung und will nur dauernd Fotos und Videos zugesendet bekommen. Trotz angeblichem 24h Service nur tagsüber erreichbar.

Great location, very easy to find and to access. The traveler's rest next door is a lovely spot and there is an Aldi 5 minutes down the road. Perfect location for someone working away like myself. excellent cooking amenities and I feel I received good value for money. Just fell short on hygiene and cleanliness. There was a terrible odour in the bathroom. The shower and bathroom floor had peculiar stains. I think the cleaners should do better. The bedroom carpet had hair on it and the bed was very short so quite uncomfortable due to that.

Connor

car behind a locked electric gate is a massive bonus, small and what I needed as a solo traveller

Thomas

Great price for a decent flat with secure access and secure off road parking with use of washing and drying of clothes w
Positive: Was convenient to what I needed and was as explained so was good, had secure parking and secure access and had access to owner from any text submitted. Had a great shower and decent bed. All linen was clean.
Negative: Was as expected.

Scott Collie

friendly host nice place good value was helpful when I thought I left something but I didn't thankfully

From responsive host to easy step by step instructions, it was smooth sailing

Adebola

The place was unclean and we had a 2hour wait to checkin in (already 2 hours past listing check in time so 4 hours total past supposed check in time) host refused to provide any sort of compensation by dodging the question twice and only upon the third time through airbnb support, did they send a "10% discount if you book directly with us!" through sms. No accountability is taken by the host for a unclean room with such a long delayed check in, used my good will of saying "i will go on a walk" for the cleaners to do their job whilst i'm away with my heavy bags on a walk and said "you were never told to wait outside" when i had chased up the partial refund request, but the cleaner did in fact tell me to wait outside whilst she cleaned the apartment with her children there. Perhaps I was there at the wrong place at the wrong time, but I won't be booking with infinity again if their customer relations are handled like this 👎

Accommodation was easy to find, parking was onsite and plenty of parking spaces. Directions given by the host was easy to follow. The host was at hand if you need anything and was quick when responding. I had the best sleep, bed was very comfy, the accommodation was the perfect size. Thank you for a great stay.

Leanne

I don't know where to begin. It seems like it's a rented property in students accommodation. My partner and I were looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay for the New Year and we found this place. We were due to stay for 2 nights but ended up leaving the following morning. Whilst my partner and I sat down for a quiet New Year's Eve meal, we heard multiple knocks on the door from kids pretending to be the police. They continued knocking despite us telling them politely to leave us alone. I opened the door and they ran away. After this ordeal, we felt totally unsafe and contacted the host but to no avail did they respond to our concerns! Following on from that; into the early hours of the morning we awoke to people shouting, screaming and banging excessively until about 5am/6am. We are yet to hear from the host about our concerns. I would not recommend this place at all. Also, the shower was very dirty with the plug full of hair. Disgusting.

Melissa

I booked this for a weekend with my partner and to celebrate the festive period with work colleagues. The property appeared to be magnificent on the outset. Next to a pub which was fine. Parked the car with no issues in the gated carpark. Main communal front door doesn't work, so anyone can walk into the building. Got into the apartment, great for what we needed, somewhere to rest our heads and chill out when not socialising. Warm and had every amenity needed. Got back to the the building Friday night after 10pm (during quiet hours in the rules) neighbours upstairs partying till 1am. Early hours of Sunday morning, fight between 2 guys outside bedroom window (flat is next to the communal front door on the ground floor). Great hosts, great flat, lousy neighbours living in the building, building maintenance on communal door needs sorting as let down potentially a great base close to the city centre.

Beautiful place, easy to find. Great host 😀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wiktor

Clean and easy to get to, very clear instructions given by host. Free parking on-site and right by a bus stop making it super easy to get in and out of the city centre.

Angela

The apartment was quaint and comfortable. The heating worked well. It was very clean.

Rhema Joseph

Lovely clean place to stay and matched the photos. Thank you for being responsive.
