we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details.
The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all!
Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

Housing had too many issues.
1) Communication, Host is an AI chatbot, gentle needs and asks seem to go through a constant communication loop.
2) Leakage, their own maintenance team confirmed a leak, this was unsafe and unsuitable for families. This then dripped into the electrical circuits of the Fire alarms.
As we raised this as urgent there was over a 4hour delay till we got someone on site, severe Hazard.
3) Fire alarms going off for over 5hours+ due to property issues
4) all Bins and trash cans were full, how were we meant to empty out rubbish? Foxes coming into the drive etc
5) the Hammock had a safety issue which caused my Brother to get severely injured and a deep gash on his finger
6) the Step from the kitchen leading to the drive is unstable and wobbly causing safety concerns for family members
Host deferred us to 999, We had emergencies even ask us why the host is not tending to the accommodation. The recommendation from the “Host/Bot”was to call emergency services.

The place was everything you wanted for a weekend break.
The house was easy accessible with clear instructions on how to get in.
The hot tub was amazing, lots to do in the games room.
The house was exceptionally clean and smelt lovely.
My only downside is to sit in the living room, could have been awkward if there was more than the four of us. Only a 3 seated sofa, it did have 2 swing chairs and 2 massage chairs, but they not really that comfortable to sit , socialise and watch tv.
The location was very good to get in and around Leeds, Bradford and all over places.

Great home and a perfect getaway to keep the kids (12+15) entertained. The hot tub and games room were the particular favourites. Good clear info on everything within the house.
