Dissatisfied Positive: The door Negative: We were very disappointed with the condition of this apartment when we arrived. Outside the entrance there were rubbish bags piled up and the bin area was a complete mess, and as soon as we entered the apartment there was a very bad smell. Inside, the apartment was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The indoor bin was overflowing, the fridge contained leftover food and used tissues and was still left in a mess even after the cleaners came, there were dirty dishes left behind, and the cupboards still had old food and stale bread inside. The bedding appeared used and not properly changed, and we even found used pants left in the apartment, which was completely unacceptable. The bathroom was also very dirty, with a broken toilet seat, an overflowing toilet bin, and poor hygiene throughout, and there were used pants hanging on the radiator. We tried contacting the host immediately but received no response, so we had to contact Booking.com customer service and wait a long time for help. We eventually searched for the host on WhatsApp ourselves before finally getting a response and having cleaners sent over, but the cleaning still was not done properly. Overall, this was a very stressful and unpleasant experience, and the apartment was not in an acceptable condition for guests on arrival.

The place isn’t bad, it’s right next to traffic lights on a very busy road so it’s quite busy. The communication isn’t great from infinity however, you can’t phone them and the replies you do get are like automated responses
