The place is not safe and the owner of the property do not respond to guests phone calls. Positive: Nothing Negative: ### Incident On my first night of a three-night stay at the property, I experienced a serious and distressing incident involving other guests. During the night, the other guests were playing loud music and subsequently engaged in a prolonged argument. At approximately **02:00 hours**, I heard loud banging and a commotion, followed by a female guest crying out in distress and asking to be let go. I opened my room door and saw the female guest near the external exit. She appeared extremely distressed and was **covered in blood**. I attempted to contact the property owner for assistance, but received no response. A few minutes later, I heard a door open and saw the female guest running away from the property through my room window, still visibly distressed. I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night. I made several attempts to contact the landlord/property owner, including after **09:00 hours during office hours**, but received no response. I also observed beer cans and cigarette butts left by the other guests in the kitchen, with blood visible on the floor. Given the seriousness of the incident and my concerns for my personal safety, I decided that it was not appropriate to remain at the property. **This was my first night of a three-night booking, and I cancelled the remaining two nights.** Despite the circumstances and the fact that I did not feel safe continuing my stay, **the property owner declined to provide a refund for the two unused nights**. I believe the circumstances warranted the cancellation and that a refund for the two nights that I did not use would be reasonable.
