My children and I had an amazing stay at this property . It was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully kept. Everything was so neat and tidy, and we really enjoyed our time here. we’ve absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was genuinely shocked by how lovely the house is, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and you can really see the effort that’s been put into making the stay special, especially with the games room, hot tub, and all the little details. The hot tub was already ready for us when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. We’ve all had such a great time that everyone has separately mentioned wanting to come back again with our own families, which I think says it all! Thank you so much for a lovely stay we’ve really enjoyed it!

The room did what it promised: clean, cheap, a tv, and good access to the university. Ample on-street parking. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem at all. They note no kitchen facilities, though I would’ve liked a kettle in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was convenient and the whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Infinity was helpful and communication was good throughout. I was travelling alone for work and it was a great place to come back to, relax and get some proper rest after a long day. Positive: The location was good for what we needed. It wasn't a noisy area so we got good sleep. The host messages kept checking in with us to make sure if we had any problems we could report it, which was good and replies to anything were quick
Negative: Nothing in particular, it was absolutely fine for what we needed. My only issue, which is personal to me is I didn't like the pillows, but that's not down to the hosts that's personal preference, so I just went and bought some to use. Maybe just make sure there's more toilet roll, but I don't have issues buying some

Positive: Property was located close to where we needed to be and was in a quiet area
Negative: Settees were extremely uncomfortable and one was broken. Mattress was lumpy. Stairs were extremely steep which needs to be noted in description as lots of people would have issue with them. Having to strip the bedding and leave it on the ground floor was a bit much when the stairs are so steep you need to hold the rail. There was a damp issue in the kitchen and in the top floor bedroom which needs seen to quickly
